Releasing a beautiful array of light in seven different colours
A rainbow dancing across an unknown world
In order to that graceful smile,I gave up on everything
But,oh rainbow,you are still an illusion
The distance between us remains unchanged forever
The road in front of me...
Is it a sea of sadness' tears
Or is it the end of the land of despair?
But I will not regret
Even if I feel I might die,as I freeze to death in the bitter cold of the winter light.

A warm hand smoothen the girl's hair.A tear-stained face stared back at her.It was mother."Is everything fine...Mum?",the girl stammered.For a moment,all her fears of darkness was gone and yet replaced was a strange fear that was uncurling in her stomach.A sense of foreboding ran through her as she watched mouth gaped,her mother fiercely at work.Staggering under the weight of two enormous luggages,her mother snapped at the wide-eyed child,"Won't you help me pack all the clothes!Such a lazy bum!"The girl began to fold all the clothes from the wardrobes furiously.When all the sudden activies ceased, thoughts shot past her mind.Could it be that Father and Mother no longer wanted her?She shuddered at the very thought of leaving home.All the frantic was lost by one assuring smile from her mother as they unknowingly marched out of the house for the last time.Holding hands by the moonlight,mother and child felt secured and happy in the empty street.

Angry voices broke the silence of the night.A child buried her face into her arms and sobbed.She felt so drained out.so afraid in the dark and lonely room.Her parents were quarelling again.She does not understand a word they are uttering."You only know its time to go home when you are drunk!Dont you dare to deny it!you smell of hard liqour all over!",a femine voice broke out."If I knew that you only knew how to nag at your husband...I WOULD NOT HAVE MARRIED YOU!"No sooner the words were lashed out,a loud bang of the main door was heard.A mother's helpless sobbings filled the air.Then the girl heard faint footsteps edging nearer to her bedroom.She dashed to her bed in the nick of the time as the door opened creakingly.A warm hand smoothen the girl's hair.
