remember my sprained ankle?it was gonna recover..almost...
BUT today i played captain's ball and i hurt my ankle at the very start...
I was gonna jump and throw the ball,then acid pain shot through my leg...
SO PAINFUL...i don't noe how i managed to throw the ball away,but i knew it did not went in the right direction.Then everything went wrong lor.Dont noe why the ball kept coming to my surrounding so i had to seriously bear with the pain and reach out...so afraid that my team might kinda of accuse me of their loss.Either the team has some talented people or Lady Luck was smiling on us,cos we won both matches.(second match:sec 2 pupils)angela was so happy when she heard secs 1 won the sec 2.
Moral of the story:games always worsen your injuries.lol.

my first visit to an acupressure centre started with my sprained ankle...so swollen...
i hurt my ankle at the stairs of the side gate to sch...then the heavy bks i was carrying add on to the pain...
the worst part:ppl just walked past me without doing anything ..maybe one or two stared lah..
then after i finally got up by MYSELF,it was so painful..but got lays to accompany me.so i just bear with the pain through tests+presentation+malay conversational class.by then its already super painful.
Took a bus home and dragged myself through a busy road.then my mum brought me for acupressure in chinatown...(very far)the process is painful but at least not as painful as others experience ba.
went back home with bandaged leg...
have to rest for three days...took the bandage away after it itch.
